Sustainable Industry & Design Institute, Museum, and Hall of Fame

Design is all around us. At SSF, we're all about great sustainable design, whether it's a fabulous reclaimed wood chair, a snazzy logo that inspires us all to make the world a better place, or the latest hybrid automobile. SSF's Sustainable Industry & Design (SID) family of programs (Institute, Museum, and Hall of Fame) are designed to bridge all of our core program areas by:

• educating people of all ages and from all walks of life about sustainable industry and design and making them aware of the amount and breadth of sustainability efforts underway across design industries
• providing opportunities for sustainable industry and design students, professionals, and enthusiasts to network and seek support for their efforts;
• recognizing visionary people, products, and ideas in sustainable industry and design that help us all "look fabulous, live well and do good" and inspiring further innovation in the many and diverse design industries in which SSF works

At present, the SID family of Programs are presented online as virtual exhibits. Our hope is to find a permanent location for all of our SID programs in the near future.
